Under the Consumer Protection Distance Selling Regulations you have a statutory right to cancel your order and receive a full refund. You may cancel your order up to and including the seventh day after receipt. To return items, follow the simple instructions on the reverse of the order acknowledgement which we will send to you. Please note: the company does not pay return postage. Returned parcels remain the customer’s responsibility until safely received by us and so for your protection we recommend using a recorded-delivery service and keeping the postage receipt so that in the event that it is lost, it can be traced.

Hygiene-sensitive items including pillows, mattress-toppers and bed linen may not be returned unless faulty. This does not affect your statutory rights. In the event that a product you receive is faulty or has been sent to you in error, Tower Health cover the cost of returning of the item.

Delivery Information

Please allow 7-28 days for delivery.
Delivery charges on all online orders for the UK are £3.95.
Charges for international delivery of online orders (including Channel Islands, Ireland and Isle of Man) are £8.00.
Free postage and packaging is available on the FREE Kool Patch special offer. If however, any additional items are added to your order of the special offer, postage and packaging will be charged as per the rates outlined above.

Ordering

Returns Policy

We guarantee to replace or refund any item that does not meet with your complete satisfaction. All we ask is that the item is returned to us within 14 days, unused and in its original packaging with all original documentation. If we find that the product has not been returned to us in fully resalable condition we reserve the right to refuse a refund on the item unless the item is faulty or has been sent to you in error. Once the packaging has been opened on the following products, for reasons of hygiene and safety we are unable to refund or exchange them unless they are faulty: perishable items and hygiene sensitive items including the wonder pillow, anti-allergy bedding, epitact foot products may not be returned unless faulty. This guarantee does not affect your statutory rights. We will refund your original delivery charge when a product is faulty or damaged but not when a product is simply unwanted.
If you have ordered the Pain Gone you are covered by our Money Back Guarantee as detailed in our promotional literature. If, during this time you are not completely satisfied simply return the item for a full refund on the price of the product.
A 12 month warranty against malfunction from the date of receipt is given with all electrical goods; a replacement cannot be given for any malfunction arising from misuse.
